These are truly my most favorite chocolate cookie - chocolatey with sour cream and a yummy chocolate icing.  Enjoy - they are really easy to make.

I recently saw a recipe for Brown Sugar Bites which reminded me of my grandmother.  She always made these in the fall.   So once again, I played around with the recipe until I could re-create it Gluten Free.  I did and it worked.  So here is the recipe for all to enjoy.

I am not one to use box cake mixes, but for this recipe - how could I not?  So very easy to make and so delicious.  Your friends and family will never know it is Gluten Free and that is the point, right? 

This past week, I received a box of the most beautiful, delicious Meyer lemons from my friend, Karen.  She has a website www.lemonladies.com and they are always fantastic.  I eagerly await their arrival and when they come, I quickly open the box and take a big whiff of all that goodness.

One of my most favorite breakfast items is Blueberry Muffins.  Well since being Gluten Free, I have tried and tried to replicate my muffin recipe to no avail.  But yeserday, after some soul searching and downright tenacity, I came up with the perfect recipe.  I love it when this happens!
